III. from the Announcement No. 45 issued by the Ministry of Commerce in 2006 to the date of implementation of this announcement, the customs will refund the cash deposit provided by the import operator to the customs of the people's Republic of China according to the tariff number when importing wear-resistant paper originating in the United States and the European Union
